Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note: we are not responsible for any additional customs duties or import taxes that may apply in your country.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible—usually within 2–4 business days. During high-demand periods or holidays, there may be slight delays, but rest assured we’re doing our best to get your order to you promptly. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link via email so you can follow your package.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. At this time, we do not offer custom pieces, but we hope to introduce them in the future.

Are all your products handmade?

Not all items are handmade. Our Buriti line is artisan-crafted, making each piece truly one of a kind. Additionally, our 100% linen products are all hand-embroidered—one by one—by skilled artisans, adding an exclusive and personal touch to every design.

What materials do you use?

We work with a curated mix of materials, including Buriti fiber (a rare Brazilian palm fiber), 100% linen, and semi-impermeable fabrics designed for durability and ease of use—without sacrificing beauty.

How do I care for my Talah items?

Each product comes with tailored care instructions.

• • Our semi-impermeable pieces are designed for convenience simply wipe clean with mild soap and water. For best results, treat spills promptly, as stains are easier to remove when fresh.
  • Our 100% linen items, due to their delicate hand embroidery, should be professionally dry cleaned to preserve their quality and craftsmanship.

Gifting

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We offer elegant gift boxes for an additional fee. These are placed inside our standard shipping boxes and are perfect for elevating any gift-giving occasion.
